Good service from Head of Customer Relations

I had a query that Reghadt at Experian assisted me with very efficiently and in addition to my original query he was more than willing to help me with a different query. What really stood out for me though was his open communication and constant updates on the progress of my queries which put me at ease. Both queries were resolved to my satisfaction.
