Good score but still can't get credit

Compuscan shows a credit score of 665 which is a good score on my credit check site however when I apply for credit I get declined as creditors tell me that my score is not good. Kudough also told me that what is shown on the consumer generated report on my credit check is not the actual score. This is so frustrating as I don't have any accounts on arrears. I have been phoning but no one answers the phone. I have sent numerous emails but no action. If I don't get help this time then I am escalating to the ombudsman.
