Getting Judgement cleared from Experian

I am trying to get a judgement removed from my account with no luck at all. This matter was settled in 2017 and still reflects on my name. When you try phoning, the answering machine just states we are having high call volumes and nothing happens for hours. The emails do not get answered. I once got through to someone at reception but was transferred to the same answering message. Can anyone please help?
