Getting Devi Sankaree Govender to investigate non responses
Been contacting Experian for weeks on end . Not a single person replies to emails nor answers phones. I am going to resort to Devi Sankaree Govender to try and reach them in order to investigate the reasons as to why they do not respond .
I have a paid up letter to be removed from enquiry .send them mails daily . Just ignored

19 Apr 2022, 08:11Experian. I require a timeline on removal of this please. As said previously, I have escalated this matter to national television investigators. 21 days is not a response, considering I've been sending ALL documents and queries to your portal,external emails for 2 weeks.
It took this drastic measure to get a response and STILL your people had asked me for a breakdown on the matter !

I will be pursuing this matter as promised with my investigator journalists.
The lack of urgency on this matter puts people's financial health at risk. Yourl have agreed that this matter had been resolved yet i don't see any removals.

Please contact me , as I have opened an investigation case with 2 well known investigators in South Africa. Who will investigate and broadcast this on their international television shows.

28 Apr 2022, 09:30Experian it has been 1month 2 days since I have pursued this matter.. I get a templated email from Leah Ramoraka to advise that it has been sent off to the relevant department.
This has been said to me exactly 8 days ago on this platform !
Who is this relevant department, why have I not received notification of them ?
I will now refer Devi Sankaree Govender the investigative journalist to this Leah Ramoraka to aid her investigation...
Should I not recieve that the matter has been resolved I will be going public on every platform, naming and shaming and continue to involve ombudsman, attorneys.
I will not stop. Please note there have been a number of consumers that have contacted me for the Same reasons .
