Generic responses, no feedback. Consumers left in lurch

Finally managed to clear my debts, an submit all paperwork (certificates) via my debt counsellor. I sent a follow up advising that I’m following up a consult, Chante, replies with a generic but empty response that “the consumer should not appy, but the counsellor should”. I specifically said i am following up on their submission as its been weeks. Its festive and i know they are all preparing to ****** off for the holidays leaving the consumer in the lurch till they come back in the new year! These companies prefer to have us stuck with bad credit ratings.
