Gatvol of Experian and Standard Bank

I am beyond frustrated dealing with experian and std bank. I settled a loan account on the 9Jan 2023 and was informed on 8Feb 2023 by the conveyances of standard bank that the account has been acknowledged as paid up and closed. Last week I was shocked when it was brought to my attention that my Experian score has been affected because my std bank loan account apparently had missed payments. Long story short Std bank and Experian please sort this out. Because of your delays and neglect my score has taken a knock I worked so hard to get this fixed only for you 2 to mess it up. Fix this mess or I will have no other choice to go to the daily maverick and the ambidsman. FIX MY SCORE TOO. AND SHOW STANDARD BANK AS A PAID UP CLOSED ACCOUNT NOT MISSED PAYMENTS. FOR FREAKENHELLS SAKE.
