Furious

I am so frustrated with Experian. I have been trying for a year to get you to remove paid debt from my credit profile. I have lost count of the amount of reference numbers you have given me, lost count of the amount of phone calls I have made, emails I have sent times I have been cut off, times I have sent you paid up info from the bank and yet I still have the debt on my name. I cant get credit, my credibility is affecting from trying so much for you to fix it that I have endless queries. At a time like this, you would think that doing things promptly, but no I keep getting told to wait another 21 days. For what??? To get the same report you sent me the month before. You guys control whether the banks will assist and thanks to Experian, XDS and whoever's else is involved, I will lose my business and my home.
