Frustrated with having to call many times just to get an updated on the dispute resolution.

I am so frustrated with Experian it's no joke. On the 3rd of October I logged a dispute to update a couple of accounts on my profile. The 20 business days for resolution of a dispute lapsed on the 31st October. On the 1st November I called and spoke to Rofiwa who told me that it is still with the dispute department and they will updated my profile accordingly within 48hrs and I will get the resolution update. On the 5th of November I called again since I did not get any feedback and this time I spoke to Nokuthula who told me I will have the updated report by 16:30. At 16:10 the same day I called again and spoke to David who said surely the report will be in my email by close of business. Today still no update and I called again and was told there is a delay with the update. What ****es me the most is the calls I am making which you have to hold on the line for a good 20 minutes or so, that is my airtime people, why do I have to call again way after the 20 business days has lapsed? And they all took my details promising to call me back, which they never did. Every time I call and ask for the last person I spoke to I'm told they are busy on the line. This is unacceptable. Do not mention the 20 business days for a resolution if you know you can't work within your turn around time.
