frustrated with deplorable service

It is disappointing to know that a credit bureau will list you without confirmation and notification .It is also a frustrating to try and contact this bureau ,Im on the phone for hours with no response and their voice notes tell you to send an email to which there is no respnse. no excuses for working from home.....
