Frustrated Client
Good Morning,
I am writing to express my frustration from Experian Credit Check Bureau. They unfairly holding prescribed account which I have disputed and attached the letter from the service provider. After 21 days the account is still appearing on my Credit profile.
The account in question is: Name: Blue Label Connect Account number: 3F***5
I have a letter from Blue Label Connect confirming that I never received any service from them and I do not owe them any monies .
Please assist to remove these account on my credit profile.
This is the second time I write about this.
It is really frustrating and my credit score is affected badly by this.
Please remove this account on my Credit Profile

I'm tired of going in circles with this as they advice me if I need to speed up the process I need to send the letter straight to you guys.
Please give me your email address, it has already been sent there.
