FRUSTRATED BECAUSE OF MOMTHS OF SUFFERING

I have never been so disappointed in my life! I am a young black South African woman who has done my utmost best to pay debt that I owed. The attorney sent me a settlement letter. For almost 1 year now Experian refuse to asssig me to remove this from my credit score. ZAIN GOLDING IS SO EXTREMELY RUDE!! He doesn’t reply to emails that I have sent. I literally sent him more than 50 mails and he has never rep****! My credit score is always going down because of this and I am unable to meet my goal of buying a house in the new year!!!! Every other beaur has removed it except you people. Each and every month the almighty God gives us you will put it back!!!!!!! I am so frustrated that I am writing this crying in my car!!
