Fruitless dispute process
Dispute process is absolutely useless with this Credit bureau. Nimble group has added a listing on my credit profile for non payment of and account i paid up two years ago. I contacted Nimble group who as admitted to their mistake of claiming for an account that has been paid up before it was ceded to them. A dispute was logged to Experian to have this listing by Nimble group removed however i am told that it will reflect on my profile for a period of 5 years. How is this possible when i should not have been listed in the first place? The actual account that Nimble is trying to claim money for is also reflecting on my credit profile(Mixtelematics) which should be the only account there for the 5 year retention period. All evidence and documentation has been supp****. I will be contacting the NCR should this not Nimble account not be removed

A debt paid 2 years ago(2022) was sold to a collections agency who listed me in 2024 for non payment and had no right in doing so. I am told that the account reflects as closed and will stay on my report for 5 years? The agency Nimble group has acknowledged that they should have not listed me and ive sent you proof.
To add, there are no updates or response provided by you and I can never get through on the number you have provided
