********** loan account in compuscan

In 2019 I found out that there was a ********** account on my compuscan credit report which is part of experian. I reported the issue to the credit bureau and forwarded them with all documents that they required to prove that the account is **********. Two years down the line I'm still sending documents to compuscan and nothing happens.
