Four years Falsely accused of being a bad payer.

My name is Mzwandile Mthembu i have a problem with compuscan known as Experian. A person called me who was an agent offered to lower my monthly installment on all my accounts and ill pay them for reducing my installments .I finished paying up all my accounts and got a paid up letter from Exact and old mutual which were the two accounts that i had.When i tried to apply for a credit card at capitec in 2019 i was told to contact compuscan to remove my name as it was reflecting as a bad payer whereas i had no loan in my name.i tried calling but didn't get the help I needed. Till this day i cannot do anything because I'm reflecting as a bad payer of which is not true.Ive struggled for years trying to get my name cleared.please help me i have no other option now.my contact details are as follows: *** Email. ***
