FOREVER AND A DAY
Hi
I had a judgement awarded against me in 2014.This means that it has been more than 5 years as per the prescribed retention period of the NCR.
The account still appears under my name on Experian/Compuscan.
This captive behavior, the record needs to be removed!!! ASAP
