Flag removal gone wrong

My husband and l went under debt review, we obtained a court order, all credit bureaus were updated. Compuscan is the only one that dis not update. I called the call centre and the lady l spoke to told me a whole lot of things that did not make any sense, even though l informed her that documents were sent, she was adamant that you did not receive anything, which was strange as she did not even open my profile to check. Confirmed with debt counsellor and was informed again that info was sent to Compuscan. Now l check on my husband's profile, his flag has been removed without all the mumbo jumbo that l was informed by your agent. How is this possible cause the order had both our names. So how does he get cleared and not me. Please make me understand.
