fix my credit report

I got my credit report and was surprised to see bad information from african bank and capitec bank. This information is old and should not be showing on my credit report. All adverse data should be removed from my report for all actions prior to 2014 april. It was supposed to be removed with the once off removal Please assist as this information is messing with mylife. <br>
