FIRE ALL YOUR STAFF AND GET CAPABLE PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR WORK
Absolutely Pathetic behavior. Been trying to phone them to try and find out why Debt Review status is still showing on my report. Debt Clearance Certificate has been issued and sent through to them by myself and the debt company but still showing on the report as being under debt review.
Been phoning continually without any success. I even disputed this information through their mycreditexpert site as advised to do so, site confirmed the dispute was lodged and all the documents uploaded, and that's where it stays. mails and phones just go unanswered.
I am trying to get a home loan approved and this is seriously now causing more a lot of issues

25 Oct 2021, 15:08It is now the 25th and no a word more from Experian as to my status update or any type of feedback that they are working on it, it is absolutely disgusting that this is the service you company is comfortable giving, as far I understand from my debt councilor that this is ******* to have not updated my status yet and I will be taking you now to the onbud with jurisdiction
