Fighting to get Experian Credit Bureau to update my credit record

I have been fighting to get my FNB loan updated closed since I paid it in August and settled it, both Experian and Compuscan which is apparently the same company do not update. all the credit Bureaus have updated at the end of August except Experian and Compuscan.

FNB have sent notices twice already whihc gets ignored by this hellbent Bureaus. I have logged disputes on the Experian website 3 times already with the paid up letter, ID copy and proof of address attached as required. I have called their call centre and the IVR issued the ZA ad ZA.Consumer email addresses, I have sent the emails twice already and the Compuscan email returned an automatic message that a consultant will be in touch with me, more than 30 days has gone by nobody came back to me.

The credibility of that Bureau is honestly questionable, I have many insurances profile which lapsed a while back other bureaus have updated except Experian and when you log a disputed is never attended to.

Edcon has confirmed that they have sent Experian an email to update several time but to date, they have not done so.

It is so frustrating even when you call them they will give you an unnecessary lecture but not updating your profile. They told me it takes 7days to update and it been more than 7 days actually its been months.
