False listing me on debt review

Experian has ruined my hard work of building my credit history for years. They have me listed under Debt review, which I have never been on. How can Experian publish false information and not check with me ? Now Experian wants me to provide proof of been under debt review, how can I ? As usual my many attempts of contacting them via, email, telephone proofs unsuccessful, Oh and they never reply to email or answers their phones. everything is automated.
