FALSE INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND THEY REFUSE TO ASSSIST

My report gets changed every month, then stuff is added the next month its removed. They also keep changing my place of emplyment after numerous calls, emails and disputes logged that I have been working for the same place for almost 10 years. Then to top it off today i revceive an alert that I owe a company who is not even registered on CIPC South Africa a R10218. To top it off this R10 218 is listed as the balance outstanding and the installment and I apparently opened this account in 2021, but I has a low credit score and debt on my name in 2021. I logg a call and all I am told is you opened this account in 2021 after stating my case that i could not have entered into any debt due to my credit report.

No one asks or checks with you before something is added to your report and your name or cares how it affects your score but when you want it removed then you have to jump through hoops and still no one helps you
