False credit report

I am having a challenge with this *********** Experian and Compuscan; since Nov 2019 I reported their incorrect credut report; and untill nothing been rectified; I am just worried if they cannot gather corrrct information about an individual why do they creat a report. So many times I have report this issue no one has bothered to do anything about it
