FAILURE TO UPDATE CREDIT REPORT

I am in total disbelief and shock. I have two cellphones from FNB which I was paying and all debits were going off successfully with no issues however to my surprise my employer had called me in to run checks and only then I find out that Experian has not been updating their records for the past 3 months and now i'm listed as a slow payer showing missed payments as well as my score moving from 624 to 598.

If I dare lose my job, kindly note that I am going to involve my lawyers and the ombudsman then sue Experian as they are literally playing with my bread.

I spoke to FNB and they supp**** me with prove that they have forwarded their records to Transunion & Experian but someone who is failing to do their job got me in this mess.

Can I get a call from someone who will be able to advise me as to what's happening and when will this be amended as it should be done before the 12th May 2023 as my employer is going to check again.
