Failure to update credit profile

Experian has recorded one of my accounts for August 2023 being in arrears which is NOT THE CASE. I have emailed them proof that my account is update to date and has never been in arrears with an official letter from my bank but they have not responded to.

I have been communicating on email with Rofhiwa Phungo and Patricia Mosia who have since gone mute on me with no update after I’ve sent them the required information.

This honestly should not be taking this long especially with proof that my account has always been up to date!

This company has become so useless and it’s unfortunate messing up with people’s credit rating.

Calling them or sending an email is of no use as they do not respond nor answer their phones.

Please follow up on my email RE: EXPERIAN-390087

You removed the account all together on my profile, why is that?? How will I continue building up a credit score if lenders are not able to see my repayments history??
