FAILURE TO REMOVED PRESCRIBED DEBT

They failed to update a prescribed debt since May - 2023, after I have submitted all needed documents and communication between me and MBD Legal Collection Pty LTD. MBD sent a prescription declaration email on 30 - June - 2023, in a communication where Experian was copied, but still they have never updated the account status despite me contacting them and MBD declaring that they don't have evidence of alleged Acknowledgement of debt.

Todate Experian ignored the declaration by MBD.
