Extremely poor service

I have logged a dispute with experian last year in June with regards to incorrect information on my credit score. With absolutely no response from them. I've been on the phone (wasting airtime) for the past week with no answer. I'm so disappointed in this service it's extremely frustrating and disappointing. 100% pethetic service.
