Extremely Poor Service

I have two paid up accounts that I have requested Experian to update on my credit report. I have been logging disputes online, sending emails and calling their call centre to no avail. These accounts were part of my Form 19 or clearance certificate and ony Experian did not update them accordingly. One account is now shown as overdue on Experian. Your customer service is very poor. Compuscan which is your platform is much better than you.
