Extremely Poor Service

My credit score dropped drastically. I was advised to open accounts as the drop was a result of me closing accounts. I opened an account in July and till this day my credit score has not changed much, it is still at the lowest. They take time to update the account after payments, when you email they do not respond but send ticket numbers, calling is even worse as you will call for an hour with no answer. It is a very disappointing business as many other companies rely on the data and information from this company.
