Extremely poor and disappointing customer care and service

I logged a query for an account prescription on my profile over a month ago, the service agents notified me of a 20 working day waiting period, where if they do not get feedback from the account in question, they automatically remove the account from my record. I have been trying to call Experian for over a week now, there is no one answering phones. I sometimes wait over an hour on the phone, and my call gets dropped. Transunion has already resolved things on their side, and I am stuck until Experian resolve this. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.
