Experience in violation of the ncr

After lodging a dispute more then 2 months ago with experience. My adverse listing is still showing despite providing them with a paid up letter.

The ncr allows for 21 business days for them to rectify this and remove it.and it has not yet been done. If this is not done immediately I will inform the ncr and take legal action for **************.
