National ITC consulting has been assisting me my clearance and have submitted a clearance letter and prescribed letters to experience however they have done nothing. Q lady by name of Debbie Hughes promised to investigate on the delay of the clearance over 4 weeks ago but now all of a sudden she is unavailable to take National ITCs calls for the past 3 weeks. A follow up email has been sent to Zain Golding, Leah Ramoroka and Debbie Hughes constantly but no one seems to give a rats as. I'm not sure if maybe it's because is it because I'm BLACK maybe that is why there is ko sense of emergency or maybe if my Surname was Swart and I was WHITE they would've made an extra effort to clear my name in 7 business days as per their initial promise back in September 2022.
