Experien and transunion

I need to know what is my short term account of 4845. Explain I don't need this on my credit account please clear that. I did the settlement of that account, and when I call to experien office no one answer the phone. or they is no one working from home? . Am disappointed My score is 607 on transunion is 545 how can that be possible they don't sher the information? Please answer me....!?
