Experian,transunion and xds failed me

Tjooo I have been failed by our credit bereus, not just experian ,transunion and Xds, I have an account with rage that they were not updating, I decided to pay it off in August, I chased for the paid up letter and I finally got it on the 14th of October, rage hasn't been updating my account, so I decided to do it my self

I have been calling and sending emails to the mentioned bereus above but they arenot investigating ,paid up letter I also sent

I even made them aware that there's someone who is using my identity to enquirie for credit nothing has been done as well

I am so frustrated I am missing opportunities 😞 because of this
