ExperianSA blacklist black peoples racially ? Unnecessarily ? 🤷🏽♂️

This company doesn’t care about updating and or putting the correct information on people. I had to check my credit profile and there’s lies on my profile which this company is not prepared to correct. It’s sad that they don’t even answer calls… It says on my credit profile to have missed 2 successive payments of OnAir which is NOT true, they also says that I’m still with Old Mutual iWyze car insurance, which is also not true because they know I moved to DiscoveryInsure… how I’m using one car with 2 insurance companies is a mystery. The evidence has been sent to these people 100 times but they just don’t want to update it so that my credit score remains low because I’m black ? 🤷🏽♂️… I hate it when I’m accused of something I haven’t done. I wish there was a place here to upload the evidence… they must just close the Old Mutual car insurance, not remove it from the profile if they want to keep it, it’s not like I missed any payments there either… that car insurance is closed and it should be recorded as such. The fact that it’s open it comes up as part of my monthly obligations which is NOT.
