ExperianSA at its worst!!!

ExperianSA, at worst!!. I've been trying g to get hold of them month after months. No answer. On the other hand, my credit information is not being updated, credit score is decresing and prescribed debt added. Logged a dispute online. No response. A dead end. Will have yo escalate to ombudsman and NCR....how are these people in charge of the people of South Africa's data ....worst ever!
