Experian's poor service

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Experian's poor customer service. I have been trying to get my credit report from them for well over 2 months now without any success. I have been trying to reset my login details so that I can access the report but the are never ending technical errors. I have tried calling their call centres and emailing their technical support department but no assistance was forthcoming. I have never heard an Experian consultant's voice ever since I called them because they never answer their phones. What is going on up there? Are they still in existence or have they been shut down?
