I Was under Administration from 2004 until 2020 November, i was listed with Experian, and i paid my debt in full in November 2020 to be removed from credit bureu up until this day they will request the Certificate in terms of section 74u of the magistrate's court Act 32 of 1944, and i will send them, after two to three weeks another one will request the same information from me and i will sent it, they will be queit for a long time and after a long time another one will also request the same information from me again, and now i have come to a breaking point now because i had to apply for a home loan from my pension fund and this will be the fourth opportunity that i miss to buy my children a house. will you please assist me you are the last resort.
