Experian/compuscan credit bureau pathetic service !!!

Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service, I have been trying to get in contact with them for literally two months!! Regarding a dispute on my credit report I have made over 50 calls to them and no one ever answered,i tried every number available on Google from the call centre to the headoffice which doesn't help at all,their voice service says if you holding too long to send a email ,i did that never got a response either ,i registered on their site log a dispute there too and you guessed it no feedback !!! And the worse part is because of their unprofessionalism and slacking I'm barring the brunt because my finance is getting declined!! There are no contact info for their CEO or management except their names I wonder what good that is going to do,I'm so fed up honestly it's not fair ,I want to go the legal route now for the pain and suffering this has caused me,can someone advise me of the way to go about this?
