Experian/bad experience

Experian recently listed me on ITC for a Vodacom account (2007 ) I tried numerous times to make contact with them but to no avail. I phoned Vodacom and they can't pick up anything outstanding. If I did have anything outstanding I assume they wouldn't have installed fibre at my house. I also have other Vodacom accounts which I pay monthly (For the business and also for my Kids)

Experian also listed Tracker on my ITC. I still use Tracker for our Company fleet for almost 30 vehicles. The account is in my personal name and I have never missed a payment. According to Tracker my account is in Good Standing but according to Experian I am 9 months in arrears. Please update your systems regularly as this influences important business decisions based on my credit score.
