Experian Unfair Listing

It's amazing how a credit bureau like Experian can take its time to respond to your disputes, I have logged a dispute more then two months ago and have requested a notification letter, demand letter or summons for a listing they have just added to my profile to no avail. Debt was sold to a third party.Section 129 of the National Credit Act requires credit providers to give written notice of default to consumers and to provide them with a list of possible remedies to overcome the default, Debt collectors must take certain steps before reporting a debt to a credit reporting company. After the debt collector has followed the rules about how to contact you, they can report your debt to a credit reporting company, as long as they follow the rules about credit reporting. In terms of section 72 of the NCA, a creditor/debt collector is obliged to give the consumer 20 business days’ notice of its intention to list any default information on a consumer’s credit report. The written notice is sent via registered post or in an e-mail. The onus is on the creditor to prove that the consumer received such written notice. Several follow ups for such proof from Experian Management and just no response or have they removed this unfair listing.

That's how little regard big companies like Experian have for consumers, that they don't even respond to complaints on, online platforms.

Good day

Which Manager has this been escalated to, as the person Depalal, Liubella I dealt with is still unable to provide me with the information I requested or has she resolve my dispute and no further response from her again waiting more than 30 business days for this to be resolved it not that complexed. Debt was sold to third party, payment information changed without an agreement or arrangement. And no notification letter send to me as the consumer. Debt collectors are required to provide debtors with written notice before listing them on a credit bureau database. This notice must include the amount of the debt, the credit provider’s details, and information on the debtor’s rights and how to dispute the listing if necessary. During those 20 days, the consumer can challenge the accuracy of the information proposed to be reported to a Credit Bureau which was not done.

Again the payment information is incorrect, I have no agreement or arrangement with Nimble this needs to be removed or updated.
