Experian unable to do their job which is accurately store records.

I have been struggling for weeks to have my payment information updated on the Experian System.

One of my accounts were in arrears last year, but since November 2020 the account has been paid every month and has been up to date for the entire year.

My creditor acknowledges that the account is up to date, on their monthly statements it shows that there is no overdue amount, yet Experian is unable to use logic and update accordingly. Just received an email from James below

"Kindly note that the accounts will be updated once paid in full as they were not paid within the required period as per the initial agreement you had with the creditors. Arrangements/ Agreements after the initial contract cannot be updated on the Bureau.

Your accounts are in arrears and currently, you are paying the arrears due. "

How does that make sense if an account is a revolving credit facility? By this logic, one's account will never be up to date, unless you settle and close it.

My score has been negatively affected as a result. It appears as though the consultants do not take the time to read or investigate properly and provide blanket answers without any proper thought.

I have been emailing James, Lisa Nconjana, Namhla Hill and Robert Hermans. Still, no luck as each consultant just asks you to resend all the documents you have already lodged.

Transunion updated my records without a problem.
