Experian to lazy to update system or respond to queries!

After days and days of trying to contact Experian, simply no answer other than the automated replies and ref. numbers... I write this on behalf of my brother. Seeing his frustration and panic because a credit company can't be bothered to update their system is so disrespectful to their customers as well as the people who's "credit scores" they assess. Do better!! Contact Mr. De Wet on *** to fix this if you please. Ridiculous!!!
