experian there to oppress you

my profile has been on the gain for the last 2 months, my score was on 650 and good 2 weeks ago, since then it has dropped to 590 with no explanation for this as all my accounts are up to date, no enquiries are made and no adverse listings.

furthermore your mycredit expert website has not updated my score for more then 3 months even though i am doing everything diligently to increase this,

thirdly one is on hold for more then 30 min to your call centre and when you finally get through your call is cut.

this is absolutely pathetic.

get a manager to call me and fix this *******
