Experian - The worst consumer credit reporting company

Experian has an incorrect credit report on my name. An account which was paid in full and settled over 3 years ago is still listed as outstanding on their system. TransUnion however has updated their information correctly, for some reason Experian cannot do their job.

No one answers phone calls and I have not received a reply to two emails one was sent in 2017 by the crediting house and the other was sent a month ago and contains the proof of payment and settlement documents attached. Their service is appalling.

I cannot secure a Bond Loan because of them.

I need assistance urgently

I wrote this last week and I received a reply here on hello peter promising that someone would call me, it has been a week later and not a single person from Experian has contacted me with regards to this, I went as far as going there physically to understand what needs to be done for this listing to be removed, and still a week later, nothing has been done, not even the phone call that was promised.
