Experian the wicked

I was ****** my ID book last year and those ****mers tried to open Lewis account. They used my Capitec bank account number but with a *****ulent bank statement. I lodged dispute with Experian. Now I need to know how far are they. I've been calling them since 8 am today. Now is 13:50. They keep on dropping the call. I'm not happy because they promised to help with this issue. Now I don't know how to reach them. I've reached a lady earlier who just laughed and dropped the phone. Please Experian people, this is wickedness.
