Experian team leaders give no feedback and take us for a ride

Will someone please tell Zain Golding a "teamleader" at experian that is keeping me on a wild goose chase regarding a matter on my profile that is long overdue. I keep calling and always I'm told he is in a meeting, experian workers don't seem to understand how frustrating it is stay on a call for over an hour just to be dodged all over again. This is is just not fair at all. Who are the managers that one can speak to over there who understand the importance of feedback to a customer. I am being avoided and taken for a ride. PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY
