Experian Systems are terrible
My name is Peter Miyambo, founder and CEO of Tirhelo Financial Services. I opened an account with Experian for our Credit Business to use their Loan Management System called Compuloan. The onboarding process was concluded, we were trained on how to use the system and we even signed the debit order mandate for debit order facility on this deal. Two months later after taking opening the account, we were told sent letters about the defaults amount we are owing the company. We then enquired about this since they had setup a debit order mandate with us. We were then told they made a mistake on their side, they are requesting us to make payment via EFT and going forward the payments will be through the debit order facility. We then tried to settle the old debt via the EFT but we have not been successfully until today. It's been frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to use Experian system. The company has been failing to debit our account, and they are now referring us to legal.
