Experian surprised me

So I had a contract with Multichoice which has ended now,my problem is when I check my credit report with experian I still have 2more contracts of Multichoice that are outstanding Ive been sending them the paid up letter from Multichoice and disputing this but to no avail.another thing I see a debt collection from nimble collection of the finchoice account whereas that account is the one I'm paying through strauss dally,can you please make deletion of that and also update my Multichoice account which is shown 3times in my report,my I'd is ***.
