Experian sucks

Once again writing a review on this horrible company. It's been a week since we last posted with still no reply to any emails nor is there any answer on their phones. I am currently on the phone with them and I have been for 1 hour and 15 mins and I am yet to speak to anyone. How can a company be so useless and have no regard for customer service or care.
