Experian - still relevant or not?

Experian's system seems to be outdated or broken. And their phone accounts also seem to be not paid. How is it possible for someone's credit score to go from 581 in December 2022 to -1 in January 2023? According to online research this only happens when the credit bureaus don't have enough information on a person. How did they then manage to have my score at 581 previously? The IT manager or director must have forgotten to update their system. Also, when phoning their Johannesburg office and call centre numbers no one answers the phone. Again, someone forgot to pay the phone accounts, it would seem.

Is Experian still a valid and viable source of information for credit providers?

The 1 star rating is actually an overrating, as that has to be completed to send in a review.

Your system still does not function properly. To be honest, my score should have gone up since December 2022, but thanks to your faulty program my real score has probably dropped significantly, as I can't even get a R300 payday loan with what you have the audacity to rate me at, which is MINUS ONE. Get your system sorted out to work properly
